FAQ

Plan your retreat

Plan your yoga retreat
  • How can i prepare my trip?

Our team provides you with all the information you need to make your stay easier, no later than 30 days before your departure:

∼ a WhatsApp group to get to know each other before your stay,
∼ a questionnaire to prepare for your arrival,
∼ a travel guide with the essentials for a stress-free trip!

  • When can I book my transport?

Your flight ticket is not included in the price of your stay. We recommend waiting until your stay is confirmed to book your transportation. However, you can, if you wish, book your transportation now and purchase cancellation insurance just in case!

  • How do i know if my departure is confirmed?

We confirm our trips as soon as the minimum number of participants is reached, at the latest 35 days before the departure of the trip.

  • What happens if the stay is not confirmed?

If your departure is unfortunately not confirmed, you will be notified and fully reimbursed for the amount paid for your stay

  • Can i come if i am a total beginner?

Our retreats are open to everyone, unless otherwise stated. Our instructors adapt to each individual and support you, regardless of your level. Our yoga instructors speak English, French, and Spanish.

  • Do i have to bring anything for the practice?

No need to pack your yoga mat or blocks! All necessary will be provided for you upon arrival. Your only focus should be on your upcoming transformation. We simply ask that you pack your favorite comfortable clothing suitable for movement and deep relaxation.

  • I'd like to bring a friend who doesn't practice yoga. Is that possible?

It's perfectly possible for your friend to join you for this stay; however, they will be expected to participate in shared activities (meals, social gatherings, etc.) if they are not attending yoga classes.

General questions

  • Food: Is it possible to adapt the meals?

We work with chefs to offer healthy, balanced, delicious, and vegetarian meals on all our trips. We can ask them to accommodate your allergies or intolerances (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.), but they cannot completely modify their menus to follow the diet or preferences of a single person (ketogenic, etc.). We appreciate your understanding.

  • What is the average age of the participants?

Our retreats are intergenerational. You'll find people from under 30 to 60 and over. This is precisely what makes our retreats so enriching. Everyone comes with a spirit of kindness and respect, wanting to take some time for themselves, which means everyone naturally feels at home.

Our retreats are also mixed (with a large majority of women, of course, but men are also welcome).

  • How many people are participating?

We prefer small groups of 8 to 14 people.

Some people come alone, while others come with a companion.
